Here is Day #7 of Sktchy’s Procreate challenge! I’m skipping around on this series because full wedding editing has my time extremely limited. I’m watching some of the lessons and then picking and choosing the ones that interest me. This one looked fun because of the pen and ink look as well as the scribbly […]
Squeezed in another face in the midst of all this wedding editing! I jumped to Day #10 because it looked super fun, and it was!
Decided to do Day #5 today! I skipped #4 because I want to do that one with Jenna. I think she would love the subject matter and the technique – and it would also be a good portfolio piece for her! Day #5 involved some fun experimentation with the adjustments controls – the gradient map […]
Day #3 of Sktchy Art School’s 30 Faces 30 Days Procreate Challenge. This one involved learning more about the pen and ink style brushes. After the tutorial, I further enhanced mine using a stamp style approach with the gouache brushes to look more like ink washes.
Day #2 for Sktchy Art School’s 30 Faces 30 Days Procreate Challenge! I loved this one! Exploring the watercolor and gouache brushes! So much fun!
I signed up for another 30 Faces challenge over at Sktchy! This one is centered around Procreate, and I’m so very excited to learn more of what Procreate is capable of! I will not be able to do all 30 in 30 days, due to my busy wedding season, but I plan on squeezing them […]
Next lesson in Anatomy with Tiffany S Davanzo over at Sktchy Art School! Still working on the nose – this time a full portrait focusing on the nose. This was great fun as I also got to experiment more with color using the Dry Ink brush in Procreate.
Learning about the anatomy of the nose and drawing a nose! Although I did draw the eyes as well … not going to go any further with this drawing so I can move on to the next lesson.
This piece was done with Sktchy Art School’s Anatomy with Tiffany class. After an eye lesson, we had a lesson where we drew together a portrait while focusing on the eyes. I did this piece in Procreate!
I enjoyed this lesson from Tiffany S. DaVanzo’s Sktchy class on drawing the eyes! I especially loved the way she achieved a charcoal look in Procreate so I tried to duplicate that with my drawing.
